So many people are trying to play Microsoft Tinker on Windows 7, only available with ‘Ultimate Extras’ in Vista.
Now you can have it on Windows 7.
Put the ‘Tinker’ folder that comes in the file below file into C:\Program Files\Microsoft games
Then, change the compatibility mode for ‘Tinker.exe’ to Windows Vista and check the ‘Run as Administrator’ box.

Note:
If you get the DX9 error requesting missing d3dx9_39.dll file, then copy this file (included in Tinker directory) to \Windows\System32 directory.
